Refund policy

Free returns within 30 days

You have 30 days from receiving your order to let us know that you want to return an item, without giving a reason. This goes beyond the 14-day legal withdrawal period. You then have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Return shipping costs are covered by YUMIKA.

How do I return an item?

1. Email us at contact@yumika.fr with your order number and the item concerned.
2. We send you the return instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of your request.

Condition of the item
The item must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and tags if possible. You may handle the item to inspect it as you would in a store. If its value is reduced by use beyond such inspection, a corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.

Refund
We refund you within 14 days of your return request at the latest, to the payment method used for your order, including the original delivery costs. We may wait until we have received the returned item before issuing the refund.

Promotional offers
If your order benefited from an offer (for example -35% on the 2nd bag) and a return means the offer's conditions are no longer met, the refunded amount is adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund, then place a new order.

Faulty or damaged item
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us at contact@yumika.fr. You benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
