Once shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to return it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

10/ How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service to start a return.

You will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return label.

Drop the parcel off at the indicated collection point.

Returns are free.

11/ When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been made.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

12/ Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
