Standard shipping is free on every order. Your order is delivered within 5 days. Express shipping is offered at checkout for €15.

Where we deliver

We deliver to France, most European countries (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the United States, Canada, New Zealand and several countries in Asia and the Middle East (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Israel, United Arab Emirates). The list of available countries is shown at checkout.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel on the Track my order page.

Deliveries outside the European Union

The destination country may charge customs duties and import taxes on delivery. These are payable by the recipient.

Damaged parcel or wrong item

Please check your parcel on receipt. If there is a problem, email contact@yumika.fr with your order number and a photo: we will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost.
